Spicy Thai Turkey Wrap

PLACE peanut butter, THICK Sauce, teriyaki sauce and cilantro in food processor; blend until smooth. Set aside.
MIX pineapple, bell pepper and peanuts in small bowl. Reserve.
SPREAD about 1/4 cup (50 mL) peanut sauce on each tortilla. Layer each tortilla with 5 slices turkey, 1 cup (250 mL) spinach leaves and 1/2 cup (125 mL) pineapple mixture. Roll up tightly. Cut in half to serve. Serve with extra Thick Sauce on the side.
Red, yellow, green or orange bell peppers are all great. Replace turkey with ham or make some of each. Although cilantro is typically THAI, if it isn't a favourite, replace it with parsley.
