COMBINE salsa and basil or cilantro in small bowl; set aside.
COOK chicken cutlets according to package directions until golden brown. Brush each side of cutlets with 1 tbsp (15 mL) Sweet Chili Sauce.
PLACE chicken cutlets on bottom of buns. Top each with 1 lettuce leaf and 2 tbsp (30 mL) salsa. Cover with bun tops.
Substitute grilled chicken breasts for the breaded cutlets. Substitute cooked pork or veal schnitzel for the chicken.
