Redhot & Tangy Chicken Sandwiches

Ingredients:
| 1 lb | shredded coleslaw mix | 500 mL |
| ½ cup | blue cheese or ranch salad dressing | 125 mL |
| 1 cup | FRANK'S® REDHOT® Original Cayenne Pepper Sauce, divided | 250 mL |
| ¼ cup | butter | 50 mL |
| 4 cup | shredded, cooked chicken ( see tip) | 1 L |
| 6 | large hamburger or Kaiser rolls | 6 |
Directions:
TOSS coleslaw, salad dressing and ¼ cup (50 mL) Frank's RedHot Sauce in large bowl. Cover and chill.
HEAT ¾ cup (175 mL) Frank's RedHot Sauce and butter in large saucepan. Stir in chicken, heat through.
SPOON chicken mixture and spicy coleslaw on rolls. Cut in half to serve.
Tips:
Use 1 (3 lb./1 ½ kg) rotisserie chicken or 4 cans (9 oz./250 g each) chunk chicken, drained.
Substitute 1 cup (250 mL) Frank's RedHot Buffalo Wings Sauce for the RedHot-butter mixture.
Tailgating Tip: Place cooked chicken mixture into heavy foil pan. Heat on grill; serve on rolls.
