Ingredients:
| 1/3 cup | mustard-flavored barbecue sauce | 75 mL |
| 1/3 cup | FRANK'S® REDHOT® Buffalo Wing Sauce or Sweet Heat BBQ⢠Wings Sauce | 75 mL |
| 3 lb | chicken wings, split and tips discarded | 1.5 kg |
Directions:
Combine barbecue sauce and Frank's RedHot Sauce; set aside.
Deep fry wings at 375°F (190°C) (HIGH) for 10 min. or until cooked and crispy; drain.
Toss hot wings in barbecue sauce mixture. Serve with ranch salad dressing, if desired.
Variations:
Alternate Cooking Directions: Bake 20 min. at 500°F (260°C) until fully cooked and crispy, turning halfway. Broil 6-inches (15 cm) from heat 20 min., turning once. Grill over medium heat 20 min., turning often.
