Ingredients:

1/3 cup mustard-flavored barbecue sauce 75 mL
1/3 cup FRANK'S® REDHOT® Buffalo Wing Sauce or Sweet Heat BBQ™ Wings Sauce 75 mL
3 lb chicken wings, split and tips discarded 1.5 kg

Directions:

Combine barbecue sauce and Frank's RedHot Sauce; set aside.

Deep fry wings at 375°F (190°C) (HIGH) for 10 min. or until cooked and crispy; drain.

Toss hot wings in barbecue sauce mixture. Serve with ranch salad dressing, if desired.

Variations:

Alternate Cooking Directions: Bake 20 min. at 500°F (260°C) until fully cooked and crispy, turning halfway. Broil 6-inches (15 cm) from heat 20 min., turning once. Grill over medium heat 20 min., turning often.
