Buffalo Chicken Nachos

Ingredients:
| 2 cup | diced cooked chicken or turkey | 500 mL |
| ½ cup | FRANK'S® REDHOT® Original or XTRA HOT Cayenne Pepper Sauce. | 125 mL |
| 10 oz | tortilla chips - 1 pkg. | 225 g |
| 2 cup | shredded Cheddar or Jack cheese | 500 mL |
Directions:
TOSS chicken with Frank's RedHot Sauce.
LAYER chicken mixture with chips and cheese in baking dish or on pizza pan.
BAKE at 350°F (180°C) until hot and cheese melts.
Variations:
Add ½ cup (125 mL) of the following to nachos along with chicken: chopped bell peppers, sliced green onion, sliced black peppers or diced jalapeno peppers.
For a change of pace, substitute 2 cups(500 mL) diced shrimp.
