Buffalo Chicken Nachos

Ingredients:

2 cup diced cooked chicken or turkey 500 mL
½ cup FRANK'S® REDHOT® Original or XTRA HOT Cayenne Pepper Sauce. 125 mL
10 oz tortilla chips - 1 pkg. 225 g
2 cup shredded Cheddar or Jack cheese 500 mL

Directions:

TOSS chicken with Frank's RedHot Sauce.

LAYER chicken mixture with chips and cheese in baking dish or on pizza pan.

BAKE at 350°F (180°C) until hot and cheese melts.

Variations:

Add ½ cup (125 mL) of the following to nachos along with chicken: chopped bell peppers, sliced green onion, sliced black peppers or diced jalapeno peppers.

For a change of pace, substitute 2 cups(500 mL) diced shrimp.
