Buffalo Chicken Ranch Dip

Ingredients:

8 oz cream cheese - 1 pkg. 225 g
½ cup ranch salad dressing 125 mL
½ cup FRANK'S® REDHOT® Buffalo Wing Sauce or FRANK'S® REDHOT® Original Cayenne Pepper Sauce 125 mL
2 cup shredded cooked chicken 500 mL
½ cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese 125 mL
½ cup diced celery 125 mL
¼ cup sliced almonds (optional) 50 mL

Directions:

PLACE cream cheese into 9-inch (1 liter) pie plate. Microwave 1 min. to soften. Whisk in salad dressing and Buffalo Wing Sauce until smooth.

STIR in chicken, cheese and celery. Sprinkle with almonds.

BAKE 20 min. at 350°F (180° C) or until mixture is heated through and almonds are golden. Serve with crackers or cut up vegetables.

Variations:

Microwave Directions: Prepare as above except do not top with almonds. Microwave, uncovered, on HIGH 5 min. Until hot, stirring halfway through cooking. Top with almonds just before serving.
