Buffalo Chicken Salad Italiano

Ingredients:

½ cup FRANK'S® REDHOT® Buffalo Wing Sauce or FRANK'S® REDHOT® Kickin' BBQ Sauce 125 mL
½ cup prepared Italian salad dressing 125 mL
1 lb frozen chicken tenders, thawed 455 g
8 cup torn salad greens 2 L
1 cup sliced celery 250 mL
1 cup crumbled gorgonzola or blue cheese 250 mL

Directions:

MIX Buffalo Wing Sauce and salad dressing in bowl. Pour ½ cup (125 mL) mixture over chicken tenders in large bowl. Cover and refrigerate 20 min.

COOK chicken on an electric grill pan or barbecue grill for 3 to 5 min. until no longer pink in center.

ARRANGE salad greens, celery and cheese on serving plates. Top with chicken and drizzle with salad dressing mixture.

Tips:

You may substitute 1 lb. (455 g) boneless, skinless chicken breast halves.
