Buffalo Chicken Salad Italiano

Ingredients:
| ½ cup | FRANK'S® REDHOT® Buffalo Wing Sauce or FRANK'S® REDHOT® Kickin' BBQ Sauce | 125 mL |
| ½ cup | prepared Italian salad dressing | 125 mL |
| 1 lb | frozen chicken tenders, thawed | 455 g |
| 8 cup | torn salad greens | 2 L |
| 1 cup | sliced celery | 250 mL |
| 1 cup | crumbled gorgonzola or blue cheese | 250 mL |
Directions:
MIX Buffalo Wing Sauce and salad dressing in bowl. Pour ½ cup (125 mL) mixture over chicken tenders in large bowl. Cover and refrigerate 20 min.
COOK chicken on an electric grill pan or barbecue grill for 3 to 5 min. until no longer pink in center.
ARRANGE salad greens, celery and cheese on serving plates. Top with chicken and drizzle with salad dressing mixture.
Tips:
You may substitute 1 lb. (455 g) boneless, skinless chicken breast halves.
