Ingredients:
| ½ cup | FRANK'S® REDHOT® Buffalo Wing Sauce or FRANK'S® REDHOT® Original or XTRA HOT Cayenne Pepper Sauce. | 125 mL |
| 1 lb | boneless skinless chicken breast halves | 500 g |
| 4 | hard rolls, split and toasted | 4 |
| Blue cheese crumbles |
Directions:
MARINATE chicken in FRANK'S® REDHOT® Sauce in deep dish. Cover and refrigerate 30 min.
GRILL chicken 12 min. or until no longer pink in center, basting with additional Frank's RedHot Sauce. Splash on more to taste.
SERVE on rolls with blue cheese, if desired.
