Buffalo Shrimp & Chicken Kabobs

Ingredients:

¾ cup FRANK'S® REDHOT® Buffalo Wing Sauce 175 mL
1 lb jumbo shrimp, peeled and deveined 500 g
1 lb boneless skinless chicken breast, cut into cubes 500 g
3 cup cut-up vegetables such as bell peppers and zucchini 750 mL

Directions:

PLACE shrimp, chicken and vegetables on skewers. Set in large baking dish.

POUR ½ cup (125 mL) Buffalo Wing Sauce over kabobs and turn to coat.

GRILL kabobs on greased rack over medium-high heat until cooked through, about 7 min. for chicken and 5 min. for shrimp. Baste often with remaining sauce.
