Buffalo Shrimp Nachos

Ingredients:
| ½ cup | FRANK'S® REDHOT® Buffalo Wing Sauce | 125 mL |
| 2 cup | peeled, cooked medium shrimp | 500 mL |
| 10 oz | tortilla chips - 1 bag | 225 g |
| 2 cup | shredded Mexican blend cheese | 500 mL |
| Garnish: sour cream, diced avocado, sliced red chilies |
Directions:
TOSS shrimp with Buffalo Wing Sauce.
LAYER shrimp mixture with chips and cheese in baking dish or on pizza pan.
BAKE at 350°F (180°C) for 5 min. until hot and cheese melts. Garnish as desired. Serve with additional Buffalo Wing Sauce.
Variations:
Add ½ cup (125 mL) of the following to nachos along with shrimp: chopped bell peppers, sliced green onion, sliced black olives or diced jalapeno peppers.
Tips:
Cooked rock or salad shrimp may be substituted. You can also substitute 2 cups (500 mL) shredded cooked chicken.
