Fire Up Your Hot Buffalo Grilled Steak

Ingredients:

1 cup FRANK'S® REDHOT® Buffalo Wing Sauce 250 mL
4 bone-in or boneless top loin steaks - 1 inch (2.5 cm) thick 4

Directions:

MARINATE steaks in Buffalo Wing Sauce in deep dish. Cover and refrigerate 1 to 3 hours. Drain and season as desired.

GRILL steaks over high direct heat, about 15 min. for medium-rare, turning once.

LET steaks rest 10 min. before slicing. Splash on more Buffalo Wing Sauce.

SERVE with additional FRANK'S® REDHOT® Sauce.

Tips:

Substitute boneless sirloin or flank steak.
