Fire Up Your Hot Buffalo Grilled Steak

Ingredients:
| 1 cup | FRANK'S® REDHOT® Buffalo Wing Sauce | 250 mL |
| 4 | bone-in or boneless top loin steaks - 1 inch (2.5 cm) thick | 4 |
Directions:
MARINATE steaks in Buffalo Wing Sauce in deep dish. Cover and refrigerate 1 to 3 hours. Drain and season as desired.
GRILL steaks over high direct heat, about 15 min. for medium-rare, turning once.
LET steaks rest 10 min. before slicing. Splash on more Buffalo Wing Sauce.
SERVE with additional FRANK'S® REDHOT® Sauce.
Tips:
Substitute boneless sirloin or flank steak.
