Ingredients:

¾ cup FRANK'S® REDHOT® Buffalo Wing Sauce 175 mL
2½ lb chicken wing pieces 1.25 kg

Directions:

BAKE wings in foil-lined pan at 500°F (260°C) on lowest oven rack for 20 to 25 min. until crispy, turning once.

TOSS wings in sauce to coat.

Variations:

Alternate Cooking Directions: Deep-fry at 375°F (190°C) for 10 min.. Broil 6-inches (15 cm) from heat 20 min., turning once. Grill over medium heat 20 min., turning often.

Tips:

You may substitute ½ cup (125 mL) FRANK'S® REDHOT® Original Cayenne Pepper Sauce mixed with ? cup (75 mL) melted butter for the Buffalo Wings Sauce.
