Glazed Sweet Chili Shrimp

Ingredients:
| 1.5 lb | jumbo or extra large shrimp, peeled and deveined | 750 g |
| 1 cup | FRANK'S® Red Hot® Sweet Chili Sauce, divided | 250 mL |
| 1/4 cup | thinly sliced green onion | 50 mL |
Directions:
THREAD shrimp on metal skewers. Baste shrimp generously with 1/2 cup (125 mL) Sweet Chili Sauce.
GRILL shrimp over medium heat about 5 minutes until shrimp turn pink, turning once. Sprinkle with green onion.
SERVE shrimp with additional 1/2 cup (125 mL) Sweet Chili Sauce for dipping.
Tips:
Shrimp may be cooked on an electric grill pan or under a broiler.
Garnish plate with lemon or lime wedges. A drizzle of juice brings out the flavour in shrimp.
