Hot & Spicy Seafood Dip

Ingredients:

8 oz light cream cheese, softened - 2 packages 225 g
8 oz. flaked crab meat, drained 225 g
½ cup diced red bell pepper 125 mL
¼ cup FRANK'S® REDHOT® Original or XTRA HOT Cayenne Pepper Sauce 50 mL
2 tbsp minced green onion 30 mL
1 tbsp prepared horseradish 15 mL

Directions:

HEAT oven to 375° F (190° C). Beat cream cheese until smooth. Stir in crab meat, bell pepper, Frank's RedHot Sauce, onion and horseradish.

SPREAD mixture into 9-inch (1 liter) pie plate.

BAKE 20 min. or until hot. Serve with crackers or vegetables.

Tips:

You may substitute cooked, chopped shrimp for the crab meat.

Tailgating Tip: Prepare dip and spoon into heavy disposable foil pan. Place on grill. Heat and stir dip until hot.
