Ingredients:

2½ lb chicken wings pieces 1.25 kg
1/3 cup FRANK'S® REDHOT® Chile & Lime™ Hot Sauce 75 mL
1/3 cup frozen limeade concentrate, thawed 75 mL
3 tbsp butter or margarine 45 mL
1 tsp Caribbean Jerk seasoning blend 5 mL

Directions:

GRILL wings over medium heat 20 to 25 min. until cooked and crispy, turning often.

MIX remaining ingredients in small saucepan. Simmer 2 min., stirring often.

TOSS wings in sauce to coat.

Tips:

For equally crispy wings, bake wings for 20 min. at 500°F (260°C), or deep-fry for 10 min. at 375°F (190°C).
