Ingredients:
| 3/4 cup | FRANK'S ® REDHOT THICK™ Cayenne Pepper Sauce, divided | 175 mL |
| 1 lb | lean ground beef | 500 g |
| 4 | hamburger or Kaiser buns, split and toasted | 4 |
Directions:
MIX 1/4 cup (50 mL) THICK Sauce with ground beef; shape into 4 burgers.
GRILL or broil burgers about 10 minutes or until cooked through.
SERVE burgers on toasted buns, spreading with remaining THICK Sauce.
Tips:
Add a slice of Cheddar or Swiss cheese to each burger just before grilling is complete.
Serve with fries or a tossed salad to complete your meal.
