Kentucky Style Glazed Wings

Ingredients:

2½ lb chicken wing pieces 1.25 kg
¾ cup FRANK'S® REDHOT® Buffalo Wing Sauce or Kickin' BBQ Sauce 175 mL
2 tbsp bourbon 30 mL
2 tbsp pancake or maple syrup 30 mL

Directions:

BAKE wings in foil-lined pan at 500°F (260°C) on lowest oven rack for 20 to 25 min. until crispy, turning once.

MIX Buffalo Wing Sauce, bourbon and pancake syrup in saucepan. Heat until warmed.

TOSS wings in sauce to coat.

Variations:

Alternate Cooking Directions: Deep-fry at 375°F (190°C) for 10 min.. Broil 6-inches (15 cm) from heat 15 to 20 min., turning once. Grill over medium heat 20 to 25 min., turning often.

Tips:

You may substitute ½ cup (125 mL) FRANK'S® REDHOT® Original Cayenne Pepper Sauce mixed with ? cup (75 mL) melted butter for the Buffalo Wing Sauce.
