Red Hot 'rita

Ingredients:

2 lime wedges 2
1½ oz tequila 45 mL
1 oz triple sec liqueur 30 mL
1 oz freshly squeezed lime juice 30 mL
1½ tsp superfine or bar sugar 7 mL
½ tsp FRANK'S® REDHOT® Original Cayenne Pepper Sauce 2 mL

Directions:

RUB the rim of a margarita glass with a lime wedge. Place some superfine sugar in a small shallow plate. Dip the glass rim in the sugar to coat the edge.

FILL a cocktail shaker half-full with cracked ice. Add tequila, triple sec, lime juice, sugar and Frank's RedHot Sauce.

SHAKE well and strain into glass. Garnish with a lime wedge.
