Saucy Cuban Sandwich

Ingredients:
| 6 | soft rolls, split 3/4 of the way through | 6 |
| 1 1/8 cup | FRANK'S ® REDHOT THICK™ Cayenne Pepper Sauce | 275 mL |
| 3/4 lb | sliced deli turkey | 375 g |
| 3/4 lb | sliced deli roast pork loin | 375 g |
| 6 oz | sliced Cheddar or Monterey Jack cheese | 175 g |
| 6 tbsp | chopped bread and butter pickles | 90 mL |
| Shoestrings potato sticks (optional) |
Directions:
SPREAD bottom of each roll with 2 tbsp (30 mL) THICK Sauce.
LAYER each with turkey, pork, cheese and pickles, dividing evenly. Drizzle each sandwich with 1 tbsp (15 mL) THICK Sauce. If desired, sprinkle each sandwich with shoestring potato sticks.
CLOSE sandwiches together firmly. Wrap each in foil. Heat in 350° F (180° C) oven for 10 minutes until cheese melts.
Tips:
Sandwiches may be cooked on a panini-style grill.
