Saucy Cuban Sandwich

|1 1/8 cup||FRANK'S ® REDHOT THICK™ KETCHUP STYLE HOT SAUCE||275 mL|
|3/4 lb||sliced deli turkey||375 g|
|3/4 lb||sliced deli roast pork loin||375 g|
|6 oz||sliced Cheddar or Monterey Jack cheese||175 g|
|6 tbsp||chopped bread and butter pickles||90 mL|
|Shoestrings potato sticks (optional)|
SPREAD bottom of each roll with 2 tbsp (30 mL) THICK Sauce.
LAYER each with turkey, pork, cheese and pickles, dividing evenly. Drizzle each sandwich with 1 tbsp (15 mL) THICK Sauce. If desired, sprinkle each sandwich with shoestring potato sticks.
CLOSE sandwiches together firmly. Wrap each in foil. Heat in 350° F (180° C) oven for 10 minutes until cheese melts.
Sandwiches may be cooked on a panini-style grill.
