Ingredients:

4 lb boneless pork loin roast, fat trimmed 2 kg
14½ oz beef broth - 1 can 400 mL
1/3 cup FRENCH'S® Extra Tenderizing Worcestershire Sauce 75 mL
1/3 cup FRANK'S® REDHOT® Original Cayenne Pepper Sauce 75 mL
Zesty BBQ Sauce (recipe follows)

Directions:

PLACE pork in bottom of slow cooker.

COMBINE broth, Worcestershire and Frank's RedHot Sauce. Pour over meat. Cover and cook on HIGH setting for 5 hours (or 10 hours on LOW), until meat is fork tender.

TRANSFER meat to cutting board. Discard liquid. Coarsely chop roast. Stir meat into Zesty BBQ Sauce. Heat through. Serve on large rolls with deli coleslaw, if desired.

Zesty BBQ Sauce: Mix ½ cup (125 mL) ketchup, ½ cup (125 mL) molasses, ¼ cup (50 mL) FRENCH'S® Prepared Yellow Mustard, ¼ cup (50 mL) FRENCH'S® Extra Tenderizing Worcestershire Sauce and 2 tbsp. (30 mL) Frank's RedHot Sauce. Heat in saucepan; reserve.
