Spicy Margarita Shrimp

Ingredients:

2/3 cup FRANK'S® REDHOT® Kickin' BBQ Sauce or FRANK'S® REDHOT® Chile & Lime™ Hot Sauce 150 mL
¼ cup olive oil 50 mL
2 tbsp lime juice 30 mL
1 tsp grated lime zest 5 mL
2 tsp minced garlic 10 mL
1 ½ lb jumbo shrimp, shelled and deveined 725 g
2 tbsp minced cilantro 30 mL
16 oz mild chunky salsa - 1 jar 500 g
2 bell peppers, cut into chunks 2

Directions:

MIX Frank's RedHot Sauce, oil, lime juice, zest and garlic. Pour ? cup (150 mL) marinade over shrimp in large bowl. Cover; refrigerate 30 min.

STIR remaining marinade and cilantro into salsa; reserve.

PLACE shrimp and bell pepper on metal skewers. Grill or broil about 8 min. until shrimp turn pink.

SERVE shrimp kabobs with spicy salsa.
