Ingredients:

1/2 lb Italian sausages 250 g
1 cup pizza sauce 250 mL
1/4 cup FRANK'S ® REDHOT THICK ™ Cayenne Pepper Sauce 50 mL
1 pre-baked pizza crust (14 "/35 cm) 1
1 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese 375 mL
3/4 cup sliced green pepper 175 mL
1/2 cup sliced pepperoni 125 mL
1/2 cup sliced black olives 125 mL
3/4 cup sliced onion 175 mL

Directions:

REMOVE casing from sausage. Cook sausage in non-stick skillet until browned, stirring to separate; drain. Stir in pizza sauce and THICK Sauce.

SPREAD pizza crust with sausage mixture. Top with remainng ingredients. Place pizza on baking sheet.

HEAT barbecue grill to medium. Carefully transfer pizza directly onto grill. Grill about 10 minutes until golden and crispy. Cut into wedges and serve with additional THICK Sauce.

Tips:

Add your favourite topping. Artichokes, mushrooms, tomatoes are a good start.

Oven bake directions: Place pizza on baking sheet. Bake at 400° F (200° C) about 15 minutes until golden and crispy.
