Spicy Thai Turkey Wrap

Ingredients:
| 2/3 cup | smooth peanut butter | 150 mL |
| 1/2 cup | FRANK'S ®REDHOT THICK ™ Cayenne Pepper Sauce | 125 mL |
| 1/4 cup | teriyaki sauce | 50 mL |
| 1/4 cup | chopped fresh cilantro leaves | 50 mL |
| 1/2 | can crushed pineapple, well drained (14 oz/398 mL) | 1/2 |
| 3 cup | chopped bell pepper | 750 mL |
| 3/4 cup | chopped peanuts | 175 mL |
| 6 | large flour tortillas (9"/22 cm) | 6 |
| 1 lb | sliced deli turkey | 500 g |
| 6 cup | baby spinach leaves | 1.5 L |
Directions:
PLACE peanut butter, THICK Sauce, teriyaki sauce and cilantro in food processor; blend until smooth. Set aside.
MIX pineapple, bell pepper and peanuts in small bowl. Reserve.
SPREAD about 1/4 cup (50 mL) peanut sauce on each tortilla. Layer each tortilla with 5 slices turkey, 1 cup (250 mL) spinach leaves and 1/2 cup (125 mL) pineapple mixture. Roll up tightly. Cut in half to serve. Serve with extra Thick Sauce on the side.
Tips:
Red, yellow, green or orange bell peppers are all great.
Replace turkey with ham or make some of each.
Although cilantro is typically THAI, if it isn't a favourite, replace it with parsley.
