Spicy Thai Turkey Wrap

Ingredients:

2/3 cup smooth peanut butter 150 mL
1/2 cup FRANK'S ®REDHOT THICK ™ Cayenne Pepper Sauce 125 mL
1/4 cup teriyaki sauce 50 mL
1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro leaves 50 mL
1/2 can crushed pineapple, well drained (14 oz/398 mL) 1/2
3 cup chopped bell pepper 750 mL
3/4 cup chopped peanuts 175 mL
6 large flour tortillas (9"/22 cm) 6
1 lb sliced deli turkey 500 g
6 cup baby spinach leaves 1.5 L

Directions:

PLACE peanut butter, THICK Sauce, teriyaki sauce and cilantro in food processor; blend until smooth. Set aside.

MIX pineapple, bell pepper and peanuts in small bowl. Reserve.

SPREAD about 1/4 cup (50 mL) peanut sauce on each tortilla. Layer each tortilla with 5 slices turkey, 1 cup (250 mL) spinach leaves and 1/2 cup (125 mL) pineapple mixture. Roll up tightly. Cut in half to serve. Serve with extra Thick Sauce on the side.

Tips:

Red, yellow, green or orange bell peppers are all great.

Replace turkey with ham or make some of each.

Although cilantro is typically THAI, if it isn't a favourite, replace it with parsley.
