Sweet Chili Chicken Satay

Ingredients:

2/3 cup crunchy peanut butter 150 mL
3/4 cup FRANK'S® Red Hot® Sweet Chili Sauce, divided 175 mL
1/3 cup hot water 75 mL
2 tbsp soy sauce 30 mL
1 1/2 lb boneless chicken breasts, cut into long strips 750 g

Directions:

MIX peanut butter, 1/2 cup (125 mL) Sweet Chili Sauce, water and soy sauce. Transfer to serving bowl.

WEAVE chicken onto metal or wooden skewers. Brush with remaining 1/4 cup (50 mL) Sweet Chili Sauce.

GRILL chicken over medium heat on greased grill about 5 minutes until cooked through, turning once. Serve with peanut sauce for dipping.

Tips:

Toss 1 lb (500 g) hot cooked linguine in peanut sauce and serve warm.

If using wooden skewers, soak in water about 1 hour to prevent burning.

Try with pork for another great taste.
