Sweet Chili Chicken Satay

Ingredients:
| 2/3 cup | crunchy peanut butter | 150 mL |
| 3/4 cup | FRANK'S® Red Hot® Sweet Chili Sauce, divided | 175 mL |
| 1/3 cup | hot water | 75 mL |
| 2 tbsp | soy sauce | 30 mL |
| 1 1/2 lb | boneless chicken breasts, cut into long strips | 750 g |
Directions:
MIX peanut butter, 1/2 cup (125 mL) Sweet Chili Sauce, water and soy sauce. Transfer to serving bowl.
WEAVE chicken onto metal or wooden skewers. Brush with remaining 1/4 cup (50 mL) Sweet Chili Sauce.
GRILL chicken over medium heat on greased grill about 5 minutes until cooked through, turning once. Serve with peanut sauce for dipping.
Tips:
Toss 1 lb (500 g) hot cooked linguine in peanut sauce and serve warm.
If using wooden skewers, soak in water about 1 hour to prevent burning.
Try with pork for another great taste.
