Sweet Chili Peanut Satay Dip

Ingredients:
| 2/3 cup | crunchy peanut butter | 150 mL |
| 1/2 cup | FRANK'S ® Red Hot® Sweet Chili Sauce | 125 mL |
| 1/3 cup | hot water | 75 mL |
| 1/4 cup | soy sauce | 50 mL |
| 1 tbsp | red wine vinegar | 15 mL |
Directions:
MIX peanut butter, Sweet Chili Sauce, water, soy sauce and vinegar. Transfer to serving bowl.
SERVE as a dipping sauce with cut-up vegetables, grilled chicken, pork, seafood or chicken nuggets.
Tips:
Toss 1 lb (500 g) hot cooked linguine in peanut sauce and serve warm. Add a little water to thin sauce if necessary. Sprinkle with chopped cilantro and peanuts to finish off.
Replace red wine vinegar with balsamic or white wine vinegar.
