Ingredients:

1/3 cup prepared lime vinaigrette or Italian salad dressing 75 mL
1/3 cup FRANK'S® REDHOT® Kickin' BBQ Sauce 75 mL
1 ½ lb boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into long thin strips 725 g
4 tsp oil 20 mL
1 large bell pepper, sliced 1
1 large onion, sliced 1
1 tsp minced garlic 5 mL
8 flour tortillas, heated - 8 inch (20.5 cm) 8

Directions:

MIX vinaigrette and Kickin' BBQ Sauce; set aside.

HEAT 3 tsp.(15 mL) oil in large nonstick skillet over high heat. Stir-fry chicken in batches until well browned, about 6 min. Transfer to plate.

STIR-FRY bell pepper, onion and garlic in remaining 1 tsp. (5 mL) oil until crisp-tender. Stir in vinaigrette mixture and chicken; heat through.

SPOON chicken mixture into tortillas and roll up. Garnish with shredded cheese, black olives or cilantro as desired.

Tips:

Use green, red or yellow bell peppers as desired.
