Thai Chicken Sandwich

Ingredients:
| 1/2 cup | prepared salsa | 125 mL |
| 1 tbsp | chopped fresh basil or cilantro | 15 mL |
| 4 | fresh breaded chicken breast cutlets | 4 |
| 8 tbsp | FRANK'S® Red Hot® Sweet Chili Sauce, divided | 120 mL |
| 4 | romaine, leaf or Boston lettuce leaves | 4 |
| 4 | kaiser buns, split in half and toasted | 4 |
Directions:
COMBINE salsa and basil or cilantro in small bowl; set aside.
COOK chicken cutlets according to package directions until golden brown. Brush each side of cutlets with 1 tbsp (15 mL) Sweet Chili Sauce.
PLACE chicken cutlets on bottom of buns. Top each with 1 lettuce leaf and 2 tbsp (30 mL) salsa. Cover with bun tops.
Tips:
Substitute grilled chicken breasts for the breaded cutlets.
Substitute cooked pork or veal schnitzel for the chicken.
