When You Want Them Really Hot Buffalo Chicken Wings

Ingredients:
| 2½ lb | chicken wing pieces | 1.25 kg |
| ¾ cup | FRANK'S® REDHOT® Hot Buffalo Wing Sauce | 175 mL |
Directions:
BAKE wings in foil-lined pan at 500°F (260°C) on lowest oven rack for 20 to 25 min. until crispy, turning once.
TOSS wings in sauce to coat. Serve immediately.
Variations:
Alternate Cooking Directions: Deep-fry at 375°F (190°C) for 10 min. Broil 6-inches (15 cm) from heat 15 to 20 min., turning once. Grill over medium heat 20 to 25 min., turning often.
Tips:
Arrange wings on greased rack set over foil-lined baking pan. Wings will cook up even crispier.
